WAITING LIST TERMS:
Puppy selections are done in order of the placement of the participant on the waiting list. Puppy selections begin when puppies are between 3 to 7 weeks old. After a puppy is selected, the Breeder will request a non-refundable deposit from the participant. All puppies are sold with a limited AKC registration (no breeding rights). Any request for full AKC registrations must be made in writing via the contact form listed above.
At the breeder's discretion, wait list participants who do not respond to emails, phone calls or text messages, within a reasonable time period, will be removed from the waiting list and loose any placement priority for selecting a puppy. In addition, the breeder may choose to keep any of the puppies from a litter at any time during the "waiting" period.
